Responsibility, attendance, and job retention will be evaluated STAFF RECRUITMENT – PERMANENT DOORMAN POSITION The condominium "Edificio Conde de la Vega", located in Santiago de Surco, is currently recruiting personnel for the Doorman position. Monthly salary: S/ 1,800\.00 Formal employment registration Health insurance system: SIS AFP contribution withholding as applicable Bi-weekly advance: S/ 650\.00 Bonus payments: July: 50% of monthly salary (S/ 900\.00\) December: 50% of monthly salary (S/ 900\.00\) Working hours: * Rotating shifts * Rotating weekend days off IMPORTANT CONDITIONS: * Priority will be given to applicants residing in areas adjacent to Santiago de Surco. * Immediate availability to commence work starting 06/01/2026\. * Highly responsible, punctual, and committed personnel are required to fulfill their duties. * The position requires courteous treatment of residents, sound judgment for handling incidents, and ability to work in accordance with the condominium's rules and procedures. * Responsibility, attendance, and job retention will be rigorously evaluated.
