Enabling trustworthy decision-making and operational efficiency **Date:** 14 Jul 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure the quality, consistency, traceability, and availability of key Procurement data (suppliers, materials/services, contracts, spend, commercial terms, performance) by implementing a data governance model, standards, quality controls, and coordination with business users and IT, thereby enabling trustworthy decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.**What will you do in this role?** * Define and maintain the Procurement data glossary/dictionary (definitions, rules, owner, update frequency). * Execute quality controls (completeness, duplicates, consistency, validity) on supplier/material/service master data, contracts, and transactions. * Administer master data creation/modification standards (mandatory fields, naming conventions, taxonomies, workflows). * Manage data incidents (tickets), root cause analysis, prioritization, and tracking to resolution. * Maintain and improve spend segmentation (families, subfamilies, categories, UNSPSC/internal taxonomy) and mapping rules. * Ensure source traceability (SAP/ARIBA/other systems), transformations, and versions; document data lineage. * Monitor data quality KPIs and publish dashboards (Power BI/Excel) with findings and action plans. * Coordinate with IT/Data Office on enhancements to integrations, automations, and validations (rules, catalogs, permissions). **What do we need from you?** * 2–3 years of experience in similar roles (data steward/data analyst/master data/procurement analytics/controlling, data handling). * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Basic Power BI knowledge. * SQL knowledge (BigQuery experience preferred). * ERP experience (SAP or other) preferred. * Advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of data governance (Owner/Steward roles, policies, lineage, catalog). * Understanding of Procurement concepts (procure-to-pay, contracts, spend). * Knowledge of master data (supplier/material/service). * Knowledge of spend classification (UNSPSC or internal taxonomy).
