**Job Opening: Dispatch Assistant/Helper** A leading industrial company dedicated to the production of bakery and pastry products. REQUIREMENTS * Completed secondary education and/or incomplete technical studies. * At least 18 years of age. * Knowledge of warehouses and inventory, stowage, picking, and verification of shipping documents. * Availability to work * Reside in or have availability to work in Callo. RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive and dispatch finished products (stowage, picking, inspection). * Verify, validate, organize, and distribute labels according to company policies (Julian calendar). * Verify and validate product loading based on customer type and transportation method. * Record product shipments using barcode scanners. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report any system or process anomalies promptly (shortages, damages, labeling errors, etc.). * Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile received goods against shipping documents. * Verify correct order assignment and organization by store or customer, distributing according to delivery channel. * Verify and validate the loading and arrangement of products in assigned transportation.
