Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced dump truck operator for earthmoving and site documentation, responsible for the safe transportation of materials and on-site vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material transportation and efficient on-site unloading. 2. Safe vehicle operation and load verification. 3. Reporting of malfunctions and incidents, and compliance with safety measures. We are seeking a dump truck operator. with a minimum of 4 years of experience in earthmoving, ATS completion, blasting (petar), and site documentation. Must possess defensive driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations corresponding to license category A3C. Must reside near Lima and Callao. Responsibilities:**ON-SITE:** Responsibilities include: · **Attendance reporting:** The operator must record daily attendance punctually, either via an electronic timekeeping system or manual attendance tracking, as per company-established procedures. · **Communication with work team:** Maintain smooth communication with other operators, site supervisors, and personnel involved in the project to efficiently coordinate daily activities. · **Material transportation:** Load, transport, and unload materials such as soil, sand, gravel, cement, and debris from the loading point to the designated destination on-site. · **Safe vehicle operation:** Operate the dump truck safely, complying with traffic regulations and terrain conditions—especially in work areas with limited access. · **Load verification:** Ensure loads are properly distributed and do not exceed established weight limits, preventing damage to cargo or vehicle and avoiding safety hazards. · **Equipment inspection:** Conduct periodic inspections of the dump truck before and after each work shift, checking oil levels, coolant, tires, brakes, and other critical components to ensure proper vehicle operation. · **Reporting of malfunctions and incidents:** In case of mechanical or safety-related failures in the dump truck, or if an incident occurs during transportation or unloading, the operator must submit a detailed incident report specifying the nature of the problem, possible causes, and actions taken. This report must be submitted to the supervisor or maintenance department. · **Efficient unloading:** Coordinate orderly and efficient unloading of materials at the correct location, using the dump truck or unloading equipment (if required). · **Collaboration with work team:** Work closely with other operators and site workers to coordinate material movement and ensure smooth workflow. **Compliance with safety measures:** Follow occupational health and safety procedures established on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, reflective vests, and safety goggles.
