Job Summary: Ensure efficient, timely, and secure supply of materials, supplies, and spare parts to all plants and subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure material supply to all plants. 2. Prepare and send consumption forecasts to suppliers. 3. Determine and control inventory levels at warehouses and suppliers. **Date:** Jun 1, 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure efficient, timely, and secure supply of packaging materials, supplies, and spare parts to all Alicorp plants and subsidiaries.**What will you do in your role?** * Ensure material supply to all plants through dispatching, adjusting, and tracking delivery plans or purchase orders for materials. * Prepare and send consumption forecasts to local and imported suppliers with medium- and long-term visibility horizons. * Participate in monthly Planning, MPS, cross-functional team meetings, and meetings with other departments. * Coordinate with Marketing, Planning, and Warehousing to identify materials becoming obsolete. * Determine and control inventory levels maintained at warehouses (SAP) and at suppliers by updating and modifying logistical parameters for packaging and supplies in the system (SAP). * Supervise and support materials management operators to ensure suppliers receive delivery forecasts on time. * Coordinate with planners and buyers to maintain and update information managed in the SAP system (requirements, provisional orders, contracts). **What do we need from you?** * 2 years of experience in materials planning or similar positions. * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge and proficiency in SAP. * Intermediate-level knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
