Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor to provide technical and commercial guidance, manage orders, conduct after-sales follow-up, and achieve sales targets in the pharmaceutical sector. Ongoing training on products and sales techniques We are currently looking for a **Sales Advisor** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical and commercial advice regarding product features, benefits, dosages, and presentations. * Make telephone calls and digital communications to customers to promote products and monthly promotions. * Manage orders and quotations, ensuring timely and courteous service. * Achieve assigned sales quotas and commercial performance indicators. * Conduct after-sales follow-up with served customers to verify customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities. **Requirements** * **Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic sector.** * Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and basic understanding of magistral formulations (Desirable) * Proficiency in office tools and commercial management systems. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. **Conditions** * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1 rotating day off) * Location: Jesus Maria \- Av. brasil * MYPE labor regime * Opportunity to join a growing company in the pharmaceutical sector. * Ongoing training on products and sales techniques. * Commission payments.
