REQUIREMENTS \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk. \- Experience in restaurant operations (MANDATORY). \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Residence in areas near the airport. RESPONSIBILITIES \- Conduct cyclic and general inventories, comparing physical stock against system-recorded stock to detect discrepancies promptly. \- Identify expired, damaged, improperly stored, or weight/volume-loss items, record the cause, and report it to the supervisor. \- Document every merchandise movement (supplier deliveries, dispatches to kitchen/bar) to maintain an updated and traceable inventory. \- Collaborate in identifying loss patterns (e.g., inadequate temperature, over-purchasing, improper handling) and propose or implement corrective actions to reduce losses. \- Apply the PEPS/FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to prevent expirations.
