It is part of the international Cubic33Group, with extensive experience in turnkey construction of industrial and logistics buildings, refrigerated warehouses, and temperature-controlled facilities. **POSITION** We are seeking a facilities engineer with experience in industrial and logistics construction projects to join our **Huachipa** project. **Immediate Hiring** Contract: 10 months **Main Responsibilities:** Review and coordinate technical documentation for installations. Supervise fieldwork execution. Coordinate with contractors and specialists across various disciplines. Prepare technical reports and progress tracking. Verify compliance with applicable national and international standards. Participate in resolving interferences during the construction phase. Review cost and schedule optimizations across various installations. **Requirements:** ----------------- Licensed and registered **electrical**, electrician, electromechanical, or related engineer. Minimum **5 years of professional registration**. Minimum **5 years of experience** in design, coordination, supervision, or execution of installations in industrial buildings. Knowledge and experience in the following specialties: * Low-voltage electrical installations. * Medium-voltage electrical installations. * Grounding systems. * Fire detection and alarm systems. * Fire suppression water systems. * Sanitary installations. * HVAC and mechanical ventilation. * Special systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS). Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with architecture, structural engineering, and industrial processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD and calculation software related to the specialty (Revit optional). Desirable experience in industrial plants, logistics warehouses, distribution centers, or cold storage facilities.
