Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key responsibilities:** * Structural modeling and analysis. * Design of reinforced concrete and structural steel elements. * Development of drafting schemes for drawing generation. * Preparation of calculation reports. * Preparation of project documents such as design criteria, technical specifications, descriptive reports, quantity take-offs and budgets. * Supervise, coordinate and direct the development of civil structural layout and detail drawings, in accordance with the deliverables list and schedule. * Interact with peers from other disciplines, as well as with project control and document control teams. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design at similar companies working on mining projects. * Proficiency in structural analysis software SAP 2000, ETABS and SAFE. * Solid knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD. * Digital programming knowledge (Python or others) is desirable. * Basic level of English proficiency. * Availability for on-site work in Miraflores. #Peru #LI-GV1 **Primary Location** PE-LIM-Lima**Schedule** Full-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 3**Job Posting** Jan 13, 2026, 11:35:06 AM
