We are growing and looking to hire an **IT / Systems Specialist** who can lead technological improvement initiatives and ensure the operational continuity of our platforms and equipment. **About the position** We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and proactive professional to manage the company's entire technology ecosystem. This role is key to ensuring that our logistics operations run efficiently, securely, and with constant technical support. **Main responsibilities** * Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, networks, and peripherals). * Administer and maintain technological infrastructure: servers, devices, networks, and systems. * Manage access rights, permissions, and internal platforms (Office 365, operating systems, and business tools). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and networks. * Monitor cybersecurity, periodic backups, and antivirus/firewall updates. * Prepare technical reports on incidents, improvements, and implementation of new solutions. * Propose and implement technological improvements to optimize logistics and administrative processes. * Coordinate with technology service providers to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. * Prior experience providing technical support and managing systems (minimum 1 year recommended). * Solid knowledge in: * Networks (LAN, WLAN, routers, switches). * Windows systems and Office 365\. * Cybersecurity (antivirus, security policies, backups). * Business tools and management software. * Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. * Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. **We offer** * Competitive salary paid punctually. * Opportunities for professional growth within an expanding company. * Participation in innovation and technological improvement projects. * Stable, respectful work environment focused on professional development. * Statutory benefits. **Work mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Location:** San Isidro – Lima Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
