Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **What Do We Expect From You?** * Professional with a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in SME collections management in the financial sector. * Desirable experience in recoveries. * Knowledge of refinancing, debt restructuring, and financial statements. * Experience managing customer portfolios. * Availability to perform 80% fieldwork and 20% administrative work. **What Challenges Await You?** * Conduct field visits to assess client deterioration and drive effective collections. * Manage refinancing (evaluation, manage DPS, manage rate request via Cotiza, negotiation, and submission for approval). * Manage rescheduling (evaluation, manage DPS, manage rate request via Cotiza, negotiation, and submission for approval). * Monitor assigned portfolio: at the portfolio level (productivity and results KPIs), at the individual level (status of most relevant or high-impact cases), and at the personal incentive grid level (concrete targets for achievement). * Negotiation skills and financial knowledge. * Manage debt and credit card settlements to inform clients about their debt status. * Coordinate with offices to exchange information and define client strategies. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
