You will drive operational excellence and technological innovation through comprehensive management of industrial automation and control systems, ensuring process continuity, safety, and technical team development.**What You Will Do** * Supervise and integrate the team installing new equipment, utilizing all necessary technical resources for project success. * Provide support to the production line regarding process improvements, program in Ladder, develop HMI applications, possess knowledge of variable frequency drives, Profibus communication, Ethernet network configuration, instrumentation, Siemens Scada, and Wincc. * Implement automation and industrial control systems and processes to optimize equipment and production operations. * Operate industrial process control systems and equipment, ensuring their continuous and safe operation. * Evaluate technological alternatives to address automation requirements and electronic systems in industrial environments. * Use computer tools to accurately prepare technical and administrative documents with appropriate technical support. * Promote collaboration and teamwork in interdisciplinary environments to strengthen coordination and achieve common goals. * Communicate ideas clearly, effectively, and coherently, ensuring professional interaction with internal and external departments. * Act with ethics, responsibility, and social commitment, complying with internal regulations and organizational standards. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering * 5 years of experience in similar roles * Specialization courses in Siemens automation and control * Advanced English proficiency * Experience in manufacturing plants with Siemens Scada systems * Advanced skills in Ladder logic and function block programming, specifically using Simatic Manager and Wincc * Configuration of visualization screens, design, and operator access process applications (advanced) * Programming and configuration of variable frequency drives, commissioning, and fault diagnosis (advanced) * Configuration of measurement systems, flow and pressure transducers, etc. (advanced) **Why Join Us?** We were named the \#1 most trusted company worldwide in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!
