On behalf of our client **PRODUCTOS PARAÍSO DEL PERÚ**, we are seeking Production Assistants / Operators, Loading and Unloading Staff, Dispatch Staff, Distribution Staff, Carpenters, Civil Construction Workers, and Cleaning Staff. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education **(mandatory)** * Formal or informal experience in production, stevedoring, loading and unloading, or carpentry. * Availability to work rotating shifts of up to 12 hours. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary of **PEN 1,280 to PEN 1,650 + overtime pay** (overtime compensated in accordance with applicable law) * Direct and full payroll registration, including 100% statutory benefits (BONUS PAY—two additional salaries per year, COMPENSATORY TIME OFF (CTS)—one additional salary, paid vacations, family allowance, health insurance, and other benefits) * 70% food subsidy, providing 2 MEALS PER DAY (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner) * Career progression based on performance.
