Incident reporting and maintenance of operational records Exolum Aviación Peru S.A., an international leader in liquid bulk transportation and storage, is seeking a **FUEL OPERATOR**. **JOB MISSION:** Supply fuel to all aircraft landing at Jorge Chávez Airport—whether in the PEA area or remote zones—in compliance with safety regulations and established procedures, to deliver high-quality fuel through safe, efficient, and courteous operations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Supply fuel to aircraft on the airport apron, following company-established guidelines and procedures, to ensure safe and incident-free operations. 2\. Verify required fuel quantity with the airline mechanic to prevent overfilling or fuel spills, thereby avoiding delays to the scheduled flight itinerary. 3\. Report any issues or delays encountered during the fueling process—including at service initiation, due to absence of the mechanic or coordinator, or insufficient final quantity—to Shift Analysts and/or Supervisors, so that fueling service proceeds without delay. 4\. Deliver high-quality fuel to customers while adhering to safety policies and company-established procedures, to avoid corrective actions resulting from negligence. 5\. Inspect and verify that fueling is conducted safely and in accordance with organizational policies, to prevent product loss. 6\. Maintain the logbook accurately, based on functions and frequencies assigned by the company, to ensure proper order and control, verifying that the unit remains fully operational at all times. 7\. Annually complete knowledge-updating examinations covering both theoretical and practical aspects of operations, to remain current with evolving changes and updates over time. 8\. Ensure the refueler or tanker is properly refilled with fuel after each dispatch, based on the quantity used in the previous fueling, so that it remains operational and ready for the next operator to perform duties without delay. 9\. Supply 100LL aviation gasoline to aircraft requiring it, using the sole refueler specially equipped for this type of fueling, to meet airline requests across various apron locations. 10\. Conduct daily inspection of assigned fueling equipment per shift, as designated by the Shift Supervisor, following company procedures to ensure timely availability of fully operational units. 11\. Accurately document fueling information in physical and/or electronic media provided by the Company, per inventory process guidelines, to ensure clear and efficient management of fuel volumes in operations. 12\. Properly maintain company-provided equipment, machinery, and tools used in performing duties, promptly reporting any detected faults or problems to prevent incidents or accidents. 13\. Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum six months of specific experience in: fuel receipt, storage, and dispatch for aviation; or driving/managing vehicles; or transporting hazardous goods; or operating vehicles on airport aprons. \- Valid driver’s license, minimum category A2B (or three years with category A1 license plus mandatory commitment to upgrade license category within short term). \- Strong writing skills, legible handwriting, and correct spelling. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment contract with full statutory benefits \- Ongoing training programs \- Corporate benefits \- Pleasant working environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
