Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality and Dispatch Supervisor responsible for audits, quality of converted units, inspection of component incoming deliveries, and dispatch coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the quality of converted units. 2. Conduct quality control audits and component inspections. 3. Coordinate and ensure dispatches of converted units. We are currently seeking a **Quality and Dispatch Supervisor** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Completed technical training in automotive mechanics. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Intermediate-level knowledge of GLP/CNG conversion. * Minimum three years of general work experience. * Minimum two years of specific experience in similar roles. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct audits of quality control activities within operations. * Responsible for the quality of converted units. * Inspect the status of incoming components delivered to the workshop and report technical failures in components. * Approve warranty-based component replacements and ensure their registration in a Drive shared by VARI and its network of affiliated workshops. * Generate quality control reports and update the list of warranty-covered components for VARI and its network of affiliated workshops. * Assess the technical feasibility of new components for operations and for installation during conversion certification. * Establish standardized processes for component acceptance. * Perform calibrations on units undergoing certification or those that have undergone changes in component specifications or vehicle-specific technical modifications. * Prepare technical reports covering comprehensive inspections conducted. * Coordinate and ensure dispatches of converted units.
