




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to coordinate objectives, oversee the laboratory management system, and handle customer complaints, with experience in accredited laboratories. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of management objectives and dissemination throughout the organization 2. Oversight of the laboratory’s quality management system 3. Monitoring and evaluation of corrective actions We require a qualified or high-school graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, who has completed the ISO/IEC 17025 course and is familiar with INACAL guidelines; experience in an accredited laboratory is desirable. Must support the following requirements: Coordination with department heads across all areas for establishing management objectives and disseminating them at all organizational levels. ▪ Oversees the laboratory’s management system. ▪ Coordinates with department heads and management regarding customer complaints. ▪ Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of corrective actions related to nonconformities. ▪ Authorizes new editions, changes, and cancellations of the company’s quality management system documents. ▪ Authorizes and verifies implementation of policies and documented procedures to ensure protection of confidential information and customers’ intellectual property rights, including procedures for safeguarding electronic storage and transmission of results. Prepares the management review report. Reviews the entire management system. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
