Participation in high-impact projects At **CORPORACIÓN FV S.A.C.**, a Peruvian company with over **16 years of experience** in metal carpentry, aluminum systems, curtain walls, façades, and glass, we are looking for a **Quality Supervisor** committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality standards to join our team in the city of **Ica**. Job Objective Supervise and control compliance with quality requirements during the installation processes of products executed by the company, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, drawings, procedures, applicable standards, and contractual requirements, with the aim of guaranteeing product conformity and customer satisfaction. Requirements Academic Qualifications * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree. * Degree holder and licensed professional (valid professional license). * Quality Management or Integrated Management Systems specialization preferred. Experience * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Quality Supervisor, Quality Inspector, or similar roles in construction projects. * Proven experience in installing aluminum carpentry, glass, curtain walls, partitions, windows, doors, and aluminum composite panels (ACP). * Experience interpreting architectural drawings, detail drawings, and technical specifications. * Proficiency in using dimensional measurement and control instruments. * Knowledge of ASTM, AAMA, ANSI, EN standards, and the National Building Regulation (RNE). Technical Knowledge * Development of inspection and testing protocols. * Preparation and management of the Quality Dossier. * Management of Non-Conformities (NC), observations, and corrective actions. * Quality inspection and control procedures. * Batch release and joint inspections with the client and supervision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proficiency in AutoCAD. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain the project’s Quality Dossier up to date. * Supervise quality control activities during installation. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, procedures, and applicable standards. * Inspect and validate material conformity prior to installation. * Conduct visual inspections and dimensional controls. * Prepare inspection protocols, records, and reports. * Coordinate inspections and releases with Supervision and the Client. * Manage the resolution and closure of observations and non-conformities. * Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, Logistics, and Site Manager to ensure proper execution of work. * Control material traceability and quality records. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Train personnel on quality procedures and standards. * Prepare periodic reports on the quality status of the project. Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with established quality standards for the project. * Prevent installation of non-conforming products. * Ensure proper management and control of quality documentation. * Report deviations detected during project execution promptly. * Meet deadlines for inspections, releases, and documentation delivery. * Contribute to achieving quality objectives and customer satisfaction.
