Manage materials, equipment, and resources for the project. **Civil Engineer (Real Estate Project)** **Job Objective** Plan, supervise, and execute technical and operational activities for the real estate project, ensuring compliance with established timelines, costs, quality, and safety regulations set by the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise proper execution of civil construction work in real estate projects. * Coordinate with architects, suppliers, contractors, and other departments involved in the project. * Monitor construction progress, schedules, and achievement of defined milestones. * Verify quantity take-offs, valuations, and construction budgets. * Manage materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical regulations. * Prepare progress reports and technical reports for management. * Supervise finishes, structures, and installations according to technical specifications. * Resolve technical issues and propose improvements during project execution. * Participate in coordination meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ensure cost compliance and resource optimization. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Valid professional registration (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate, building, or construction projects. * Experience supervising multifamily, commercial, or condominium construction projects. * Experience managing contractors and operational staff. **Technical Knowledge** * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Construction project management and control. * Budgeting and quantity take-offs. * Construction and safety regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and construction management software. * Knowledge of valuations and cost control.
