Requirements: * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies in Mechanics, Heavy Machinery or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Crane Operator in mining or heavy construction. * Valid AIIIC or higher driver's license (current). * Current certification as a Crane Operator issued by an authorized entity. * Knowledge of mining safety standards and procedures. * Immediate availability to work under mining shift regime. * Desirable residence in Chincha or nearby areas. Working conditions: * Formal employment from the first day with all legal benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, Essalud, family allowance). * Accommodation and meals covered during stay at the site. * Timely monthly payments. * Continuous and certified training in safety and operation. * Transportation is not covered. * Boarding point: Km 0 – Chincha Alta (pickup and drop-off during shift change).
