Basic system and file server administration 2. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance 3. As an industry leader, we are looking for an **IT SUPPORT ASSISTANT**, who meets the following profile: **Requirements** * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software, Electronics, Networks, or Infrastructure * Knowledge of network equipment administration * Knowledge of networks and data communications, structured cabling, and PC/laptop repair * 1 year of experience in the position * Intermediate/advanced Office skills **Responsibilities** * Basic system and file server administration * LAN network administration (TP\-LINK brand switches) * Timely installation of software, hardware, and antivirus, verifying compliance with relevant standards * Updating equipment inventory by evaluating technical specifications * Supporting the company’s ERP system * Router configuration, network connections and cabling, PC and laptop configurations, and software installation * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment according to the established maintenance plan * Conducting employee training on computer system operation Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per hour Application Questions: * Are you available to start immediately? * What is your salary expectation? * What is your current phone number?
