




Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Assistant to support the identification, documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement of internal processes within an innovative real estate company. What will your responsibilities be? * Support the collection of information and documentation of internal and cross-functional processes. * Record and update workflows, procedures, and standardized templates. * Gather information from various departments for process analysis. * Assist in identifying incidents, rework, and opportunities for improvement. * Support tracking of defined improvement actions. * Assist in preparing and updating progress reports and basic performance indicators. * Maintain process documentation organized and up to date. * Provide administrative support for continuous improvement initiatives. What do we expect from you? * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in process management or improvement. * Basic knowledge of process management. * Intermediate Excel skills.
