Create, edit, and optimize attractive and professional audiovisual content for social media, aligned with the company's digital marketing strategy. The goal is to increase reach, engagement, and conversion through creative assets tailored to each platform. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and produce audiovisual content (videos, reels, stories, clips, animations, etc.) for various social media platforms. * Dynamically edit videos (cuts, subtitles, effects, music, transitions, etc.) according to trends and engagement objectives. * Adapt assets to different formats and resolutions per platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). * Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign conceptualization and content calendars. * Incorporate motion graphics, animated visuals, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling. * Optimize content to improve reach and retention (hooks, visual copy, duration, style). * Propose creative content ideas based on trends and benchmarking. * Manage files, image libraries, templates, and audiovisual resources to maintain consistent visual branding. **Requirements** * Technical or university education in Audiovisual Communication, Design, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Demonstrable experience creating and editing audiovisual content for social media (portfolio required). * Proficiency in editing software (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut Pro, Canva Pro, or similar). * Knowledge of social media formats, digital storytelling, and trends on TikTok and Instagram. * Creativity, execution speed, and ability to meet tight deadlines. * Preferred: basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and video recording. * Preferred: proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator). **Skills and Competencies** * Creativity and visual innovation. * Agility in identifying trends and transforming them into original content. * Proactivity and ability to propose ideas. * Organization to manage multiple assets simultaneously. * Effective communication and teamwork. **Benefits** * Opportunity to join a digitally focused, growing company. * Career growth in creative and innovative projects. * Access to tools and resources to enhance content creation. * Portfolio development with high social media reach.
