At Montalvo Institute, we seek a professional with strategic vision and academic leadership to direct educational management, ensure the quality of our programs, and strengthen the development of our teaching staff, contributing to the growth and positioning of our campuses. ***Office: Pueblo Libre*** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Administration, or related fields. * Master's degree in Educational Management/Leadership or University Teaching. (Mandatory) * Experience in this position or in senior leadership roles for more than 3 years in educational institutions. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (desirable) * Participation in the licensing process (desirable) * Availability to travel to various campuses. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure that curricula align with the institution's vision. * Research and implement new teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and sector trends. * Identify opportunities for developing new programs or specializations. * Design and implement new courses or specializations. * Implement systems for continuous evaluation of faculty performance, program effectiveness, and student learning outcomes. * Lead academic program accreditation and certification processes. * Supervise the adoption of virtual learning environments such as Q10\. * Establish agreements with external institutions for internships, certifications, and employability. * Implement graduate tracking systems. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm * One Saturday per month: 8:30 am to 11:00 am **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under the general regime (bonuses, CTS, EsSalud health insurance, family allowance, paid vacations, etc.). * Salary negotiable. * Statutory life insurance. * Corporate benefits. * Excellent work environment.
