Main Responsibilities * Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. * Carry out cleaning and general maintenance tasks for buildings and condominiums. * Support operation of wastewater treatment systems. * Identify and report incidents or defects in facilities. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as required. * Maintain work areas clean, safe, and in optimal condition. Requirements * Experience in general services and building/condominium maintenance. * Practical knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and cleaning. * Knowledge or experience in wastewater treatment. * Availability to commute to Lurin.
