Job Summary: VTECH LABS is seeking a Frontend UX/UI Developer to create interactive, scalable web interfaces using React and UX/UI principles for a seamless ticket purchasing experience. Optimization of web application performance and usability improvements **VTECH LABS**, an IT-specialized company within the **Vaope.com** group — Peru's leading ticketing platform — is currently looking for a **Frontend UX/UI Developer** to design and implement interactive, scalable web interfaces for its platform, using tools such as **React** and UX/UI design principles, ensuring that ticket purchases are smooth, visually appealing, and fully responsive across all device types. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Frontend Development and/or UI Design. * **(Mandatory)** Proficiency in React, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, basic Laravel knowledge (for integration), and web accessibility principles applied in real-world projects. * Minimum **2 years** of professional experience in **frontend development** using **modern frameworks**. * Courses in React and UX/UI Design (preferred). * Proficiency in software tools: Figma (intermediate level) and Git (intermediate/advanced level). * Technical English (reading proficiency for IT contexts). **Main Responsibilities:** * Create, design, and convert design prototypes (Figma) into clean and efficient code using React, TanStack Query, and Tailwind CSS. * Build and maintain a reusable, modular UI component library to standardize design across the entire application. * Integrate frontend interfaces with backend services (REST APIs), collaborating closely with the server-side team. * Optimize web application performance (page load speed and Core Web Vitals) to ensure fast navigation. * Propose usability (UX) improvements and micro-interactions to enhance final product quality. * Ensure design compatibility across different browsers and mobile devices (Responsive Design). **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday remote work (half-day) * Office located in Magdalena (near Pershing metro station) * Overtime compensation * Executive courses on Udemy * Excellent, collaborative, and dynamic work environment * Microenterprise payroll registration * Guaranteed opportunities for professional growth and development.
