Responsibilities * Provide in-person and digital (WhatsApp, TikTok, and social media) customer service and advisory. * Identify customer needs and offer the best solution based on our product portfolio. * Follow up on potential customers and sales opportunities. * Prepare quotations, register orders, and manage related documentation. * Achieve the sales targets set by the company. * Maintain store display, order, and cleanliness. * Assist with daily cash closing and document control. * Deliver high-quality service contributing to customer retention. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements * Experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred). * Excellent communication, empathy, and service orientation. * Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and WhatsApp Business. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork. * Availability to work in-person in **Los Olivos**. * Age between **18 and 30 years** (as specified by the company’s required profile).
