At **PROYECTA**, we are seeking an SSTMA Manager with a strong professional background, possessing at least 10 years of general professional experience since graduation and a minimum of 5 years leading Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSTMA) areas in design and/or construction projects. A current professional license and proven experience in the sector are mandatory. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered professional in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, counted from the date of licensure. * Minimum of 5 years of specific experience as SSTMA Manager or Head of SSTMA in design and/or construction projects (civil works, infrastructure, buildings). * Knowledge of and proficiency in national legal regulations concerning occupational safety and health (SST) and the environment. * Preferred: Additional training in management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.). * Experience in public works under the State Procurement Law and/or OXI projects will be highly valued. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and implement the SSTMA management system on site. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and contractual requirements. * Lead internal audits, respond to external inspections, and manage corrective action plans. * Identify risks, supervise operational controls, and ensure safe working conditions. * Prepare SSTMA reports and project performance indicators. * Promote a prevention culture and environmental compliance throughout all project phases.
