At **Andes Panda**, a digital entertainment agency, we provide comprehensive support to content creators and serve as the official liaison between TikTok and its users. Our mission is to empower streamer growth by enhancing their live broadcasts and guiding their professional and digital development. Key Responsibilities * Identify, contact, and mentor streamers and creators. * Plan, execute, and refine TikTok communication strategies. * Review performance metrics and propose improvement actions. * Identify digital trends and convert them into expansion opportunities. * Drive strategic collaborations and support creator positioning. * Contribute to strengthening the digital identity of talents. Ideal Candidate * Students from the 5th semester onward or graduates in Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * Customer service, sales, or online community management experience is valued. * Must reside in Lima and be available for in-person work in Miraflores. * Creative, passionate about the digital environment, and possessing excellent communication skills. Position Details * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm \+ the last two Saturdays of each month, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. * **Compensation:** S/1200\.00 \+ commissions. * **Work Mode:** In-person in Miraflores. * **Work Schedule:** Full-time. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Education: * Completed secondary education (Desirable) Work Location: In-person employment
