Training and career path At AX Archery, we seek a dynamic, proactive individual with excellent communication skills for the reception area, to advise our prospects and accompany them throughout their entire engagement process. **Are you motivated to connect with people and achieve goals? We want to meet you!** **SCHEDULE:** * **Friday:** 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM * **Saturday:** 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * **Sunday:** 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **SALARY:** s/ 580.00 - s/600.00 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Support at reception, attendance registration, and equipment distribution.** * **Contact leads and prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels** to provide information about our programs. * **Manage social media and digital customer service channels**, responding to inquiries promptly and conducting commercial follow-ups until visits or enrollments are confirmed. * Cash handling and POS operation. * Register and update prospect and customer information in the CRM. * Perform other duties related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student in final semesters or recent graduate in **Administration, Psychology, Communication, Physical Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields** * Prior experience in **Customer Service, Sales, or Reception (minimum 3 months).** * Excellent appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **BENEFITS:** * **Permanent employment contract.** * **Training** and continuous support. * **Career path** * **Bonus** based on commercial targets and performance after the probationary period. * Opportunity for professional development within a growing sports environment.
