WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Minimum 6 months of work experience in customer service via chat or email in a Call Center environment (MANDATORY) * Committed, responsible, tolerant, dynamic, and proactive. * Strong written communication skills and proper spelling. * Full availability for on-site work in Santiago de Surco, Monterrico (MANDATORY) * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (only within the 8:00 AM–8:00 PM time frame) (MANDATORY) * Basic Excel and CRM proficiency. WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Provide customer support via email and register interactions in the CRM. * Meet daily performance targets.
