Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate transportation and distribution operations, including real-time vehicle monitoring and resolution of on-route incidents. Excellent work environment and teamwork. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record daily attendance of operational staff in the system. * Supervise operational activities during shifts, ensuring adherence to schedules and routes. * Plan, assign, and coordinate daily transportation and delivery routes according to daily requirements. * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS platforms and provide support for any operational incidents. * Immediately resolve on-route issues (e.g., delays, incorrect addresses, customer no-shows, damaged goods, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS** Technical diploma or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (Assistant, Coordinator, or Supervisor of Operations) within transportation or distribution companies. Knowledge of GPS monitoring, fleet management, and incident handling. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (filters, pivot tables, and data control).
