A prominent company in the sector is seeking a **Systems Assistant**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Certification or coursework in areas such as networking, software, or programming. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in virtualized environments using VMware vSphere. * Experience managing Windows and Linux servers. * Experience managing Fortigate devices. * Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. * Knowledge or experience with Veeam Backup and SAP Business One. * Proficiency in SQL Server, C#, Visual Basic, and Python. * Knowledge or experience developing on Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, Apps, BI). * Must reside in areas adjacent to Northern Lima (Mandatory). * Availability to work overtime when required. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and verify database security within the organization to ensure data integrity and performance. * Manage and estimate IT infrastructure resources to guarantee their availability and efficient operation. * Execute and document the systems department’s activity plan to ensure adherence to scheduled deadlines. * Monitor and report network performance to the Systems Manager to ensure availability and resolve emerging issues. * Support additional responsibilities within the Systems Department to meet departmental needs. * Inventory and update departmental documentation and files to ensure accessibility of required information. * Verify compliance with hardware and software usage policies to ensure proper and secure utilization. * Manage the inventory of technological resources to ensure appropriate maintenance and timely renewal. * Provide technical support to end users to effectively resolve IT-related issues. * Perform and execute preventive and corrective hardware maintenance to ensure optimal performance. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:** * Salary range: PEN 2,000–2,200, subject to evaluation. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:15 PM. * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Av.
