At CORSORCIO ESPERANZA, we are seeking a **Warehouse Assistant II** to join our team. \+ Job Objective: Coordinate and control the timely dispatch of materials, tools, equipment, and resources to various site areas, ensuring continuous supply, accurate documentation, and compliance with project operational requirements. \+ Key Responsibilities: \- Coordinate daily dispatch of materials and equipment according to site requirements. \- Verify delivery notes, vouchers, dispatch orders, and other control documents. \- Maintain records of material, tool, and asset inflows and outflows. \- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and site supervisors to ensure timely supply. \- Track deliveries, returns, and material transfers. \- Keep stock and movement records updated in internal systems or formats. \- Verify that dispatches meet requested quantities, specifications, and timelines. \- Report incidents, shortages, overages, or damages identified during dispatch. \- Support periodic inventories and warehouse controls. \- Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures. \+ Requirements: \- Technical diploma or degree in Administration, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions on construction, sanitation, or mining sites. \- Basic knowledge of warehouse control and site logistics. \- Proficiency in Excel and control documents. \- ERP or inventory system experience is desirable. \- Willingness to work on-site. \+ Working Conditions: \- Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. \- District: Ventanilla, Callao. \- Full statutory benefits package: CTS and full bonuses, ESSALUD health insurance, Family Allowance, among others. \- Formal employment registration from Day 1. * Interested applicants may apply via: * Phone number: 973005098\. * Email: seleccion@construyegroup.com.
