We are currently looking for FTTH INSTALLATION AND FAULT MANAGERS to join our FIBRAMAX PERU family! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Responsible for executing all tickets within their area. * Currently pursuing or graduated with a technical degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 01 year of experience as a crew coordinator in FTTH, HFC networks, installation of technological equipment, telecommunications fault management, or external plant fiber optic deployment. * Knowledge of optical fiber cable installation processes, optical measurements, commissioning, and acceptance procedures for implemented networks with end customers. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to travel within Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to work both in-office and on-site. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. One rotating day off per week. **FUNCTIONS:** * Coordinate and manage installations and faults under their responsibility. * Improve and develop processes within the Installations and Faults department. * Monitor the productivity of personnel under their supervision. * Prepare progress reports (Installations), KPI tracking, and reports and/or documentation of completed work. * Coordinate with the infrastructure and design team. * Report on crew profitability. * Coordinate and supervise the team under their charge regarding rational use of materials and equipment required for job execution. * Comply with and enforce established safety recommendations or measures. * Provide solutions for installation incidents through an on-site action plan. * Report zones with highest effectiveness and incident rates related to installations. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * Availability for out-of-hours attention is required for certain coordination tasks that may be necessary and/or urgent for their area. **BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable + productivity commissions. * MYPE payroll from day one. * Career path and training opportunities.
