




DESCRIPTION * Design and manage the project's comprehensive schedule, incorporating engineering activities, permitting, community engagement, procurement, and construction. * Define the critical path and identify potential bottlenecks or constraints that could impact project execution. * Monitor physical and financial progress, verifying alignment with the plan. * Review time and cost variances, proposing corrective alternatives and mitigation strategies. * Coordinate updates to the project forecast jointly with Finance and responsible technical areas. * Manage change requests, analyzing their impact on scope, schedule, and budget. * Prepare regular executive reports for Management and the corporate office. * Coordinate with technical, social, and environmental teams to integrate external constraints and conditions into the plan. * Support audit processes, ensuring information availability and compliance with standards. * Promote efficient planning and control practices, fostering continuous improvement in project management. REQUIREMENTS * Professionals holding degrees in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Mining, Mechanical or related fields). * Minimum 5 years of experience in mining project planning and control. * Experience in greenfield or large-scale projects. * Experience in FEL phases, basic engineering and/or early execution.
