Participation in prominent real estate projects. **About the Position** We are looking for an **Architecture Assistant** eager to learn, grow professionally, and join our design team. In this role, you will work closely with the area coordination team, providing direct support in developing **our prominent real estate projects in the Central Jungle.** **Main Responsibilities (Support Capacity)** * **Project Support**: Direct assistance in drafting, developing, and modifying architectural drawings. * **Urban Design Support**: Assist in designing land subdivision proposals, layouts of common areas, and landscape concepts. * **Graphic Support**: Assist in generating 3D models, renderings, and visual materials for project presentations. * **Regulatory Assistance**: Support site evaluations and drawing reviews according to current regulatory standards (parameters and regulations). * **Coordination Support**: Collaborate with technical departments (engineering, surveying, construction) and assist in compiling technical observations. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Architecture. * **Experience**: Prior experience is not mandatory (pre-professional internships are desirable but not exclusive). * **Design Software (Proficient Level)**: Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar). * **Graphic Software**: Functional knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for assembling presentation panels and project portfolios. * **Key Skills**: Strong ability to learn quickly, excellent organizational skills, assertive communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. **What We Offer** * A unique learning opportunity and internal career path within the company. * Direct training in area management and development. * The chance to contribute to prominent real estate and urban development projects.
