Research trends and propose new ideas for digital presence. **Audiovisual Content Creator** **Location:** Barranco, Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. At **Holding**, we are looking for an **Audiovisual Content Creator** to support **Green Dreams**, a company in the real estate sector. We seek a creative, proactive individual passionate about digital content creation, capable of developing audiovisual pieces that strengthen the brand's presence on social media. Responsibilities * Create, record, and edit videos for social media. * Develop reels, stories, and audiovisual content for various platforms. * Plan and organize the content calendar. * Write copy for posts and digital campaigns. * Coordinate content production with the relevant team. * Select and optimize the best audiovisual content. * Keep digital channels and commercial materials updated. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize content creation. * Research trends and propose new ideas to strengthen the brand's digital presence. Requirements * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Design, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in audiovisual content creation or digital marketing. * Proficiency in video and image editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar). * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to content creation. * Portfolio of completed work required. * Creativity, excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
