




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership for the electrical discipline during the execution and management of multidisciplinary projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while simultaneously helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Objective:** Participate in and provide technical leadership for the ELECTRICAL discipline during project management service delivery, covering both the front-end engineering phase and the field execution phase, through to project handover and closeout for multidisciplinary projects—ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably, meeting client expectations and Worley standards. **Responsibilities:** Participate in and lead cabinet- and field-based execution of the implementation phase for assigned electromechanical projects within your discipline. Coordinate execution of complementary engineering activities to enable successful project execution and closeout within your discipline. Coordinate material, tool, and service requirements. Review and verify technical reports and progress valuations. Coordinate construction processes and ensure they are conducted safely. Update site planning and promptly inform supervisors of situations such as: material, equipment, and personnel requirements; execution delays; unforeseen expenses; subcontractor and personnel payments; among others. Coordinate technical field changes across work items with all involved disciplines to ensure project viability and success. Ensure achievement of established targets for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and environmental protection. Perform other related duties or tasks assigned by management. Collaborate professionally and cooperatively with other disciplines, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with Worley’s Quality Assurance System and HSE System, as well as those of the client. **Requirements:****Specific Knowledge:** Engineering and construction project management for Brownfield projects in mining, steel, cement, and metallurgical sectors. Knowledge of engineering design processes and construction processes for mechanical equipment in the mining sector. Experience in steel and mining sector projects will be valued. **Specific Experience:** 6–10 years’ experience in mining, steel, cement, and metallurgical sectors—both in engineering and construction—managing large-scale projects, leading and supervising teams within your discipline, and overseeing all project phases. Certified project management skills and ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure global environment. Experience working on-site in construction supervision roles. **Academic Qualifications, Accreditations, Training:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with active registration at the College of Engineers of Peru (\#CIP) and valid license. **HSE Skills:** Actively promotes behaviors aligned with our LIFE value and applicable HSE policies for the discipline. **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AutoCAD, and MS. **Personal Competencies:** High-level interaction across all organizational levels, with positive influence on people. Strong oral and written communication skills expected. Ability to manage contractor work. Strong willingness to adopt and promote an organizational culture focused on safety, operational efficiency, and goal attainment. **Other Skills:** Autonomy, initiative within work, ability to operate in a global environment, analytical capability, organizational skills, proactivity, and dynamism. Project planning and control skills.
