Job Summary: Configures and optimizes SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, QM), manages incidents and improvements, coordinates requirements gathering, and participates in digitalization projects. Full Time IT Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and/or related fields. * 4 years of experience in similar positions within the IT area. Responsibilities * Configure and optimize SAP modules MM, PP, PM, and QM to ensure operational process efficiency and traceability. * Manage incidents, requirements, and improvements in SAP to ensure operational continuity and SLA compliance. * Coordinate with key users to gather and analyze requirements for implementing solutions aligned with business needs. * Execute unit and integrated testing in quality environments to validate correct configuration implementation prior to production deployment. * Administer user roles and profiles to ensure segregation of duties and system access security. * Develop functional documentation and user manuals to facilitate correct SAP system usage and knowledge transfer. * Participate in implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement projects to strengthen digitalization and automation at Alpayana. * Provide first-level support for SAP Basis and coordinate with the technical team to maintain platform stability. ### **Alpayana** #### **Mining** **Peru, Lima, Lima** We are Alpayana, a mining group committed to sustainable mining, positively contributing to our environment through every action we undertake.
