




Position Summary: Efficiently coordinate and manage HR processes, including recruitment, personnel administration, payroll, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and legal compliance in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive Human Resources management in construction projects. 2. Recruitment, personnel administration, and payroll management. 3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. 1\. Recruitment and Selection * Coordinate hiring of: Engineers, technicians, foremen, workers, etc. * Post job vacancies and screen CVs * Verify experience in similar construction projects * Coordinate occupational medical examinations 2\. Personnel Administration * Prepare and manage: * Contracts (fixed-term contracts for projects or services) * Registration and deregistration in **SUNAT** (T\-Register) * Personnel file control * Contract expiration tracking 3\. Payroll and Payments * Prepare payroll (for workers and employees) * Calculate (with support from Accounting): * Overtime hours * Bonuses (mobility, altitude, risk) * Year-end bonuses, Compensatory Time Off (CTS), and vacation pay * Coordinate payments and issuance of payslips 4\. Attendance Control * Supervise daily time sheets on site (coordinating with the **timekeeper**) * Validate: * Attendance * Hours worked * Breaks * Identify absences and tardiness 5\. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) * Coordinate compliance with OSH regulations on site * Manage: * Safety inductions * Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Occupational medical examinations * SCTR and VIDA LEY insurance for personnel 6\. Labor Relations * Address personnel inquiries and complaints * Manage on-site conflicts * Apply disciplinary sanctions * Coordinate with unions (if applicable) 7\. Legal Compliance and Inspection Readiness * Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor regulations * Prepare documentation for **SUNAFIL** inspections * Prevent labor contingencies (fines) 8\. Project Documentation Management * Control of: * SCTR (Complementary Risk Work Insurance) * VIDA LEY insurance * Personnel access control to site (mandatory documentation) 9\. Employee Separation * Calculate severance payments (with support from Accounting) * Issue work certificates * Deregister in system (T\-Register) 10\. Coordination with Other Departments * With Operations/Construction: staffing requirements * With Accounting: payroll costs * With Safety: OSH compliance Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
