We are currently seeking top-tier talent for the position of: Position: **Mechanical-Electrical Engineer / Electrical Installation Supervisor** Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) Type: Industrial (factory) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Responsible for validation, supervision, issuance, delivery of reports and documents as required within the Mechanical-Electrical Engineering specialty for the corresponding project. * Lead implementation of electrical power networks, electrical panels, HVAC systems, and elevators, coordinating with the team under supervision and/or subcontractors. * Validate and/or coordinate drawings, specifications, technical data sheets, procedures, etc. * Propose and develop mechanical-electrical engineering solutions planned for the project, including descriptive and calculation reports, technical specifications, and other documents related to mechanical-electrical installations. * Conduct on-site validation of electrical, mechanical, and gas installations; prepare test protocols. * Submit monthly reports and valuations for electrical, mechanical, gas, HVAC, and elevator installations. * Supervise mechanical, electrical, and gas installations for multifamily residential, corporate office, retail commercial, industrial, and other projects. * Develop comprehensive mechanical-electrical installation projects, obtaining the corresponding approval from the relevant authority. * Coordinate the mechanical-electrical engineering proposal with architectural proposals and with other disciplines involved in project development and design. * Prepare cost items forming part of the project budget within this specialty, as well as perform quantity take-offs, supported by and coordinated with the cost, budgeting, and scheduling specialist and the construction works specialist. * Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System applicable to this role. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Mechanical-Electrical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related discipline. * 3–5 years of experience in supervisory, installation management, or specialist engineering roles. * Work areas: Projects, public and private construction. * Industry/Sector: Construction, buildings, and industrial facilities. Knowledge: * Project supervision or management experience. * Knowledge of electrical installation. * Training/courses/specialization in air conditioning, ventilation, and extraction systems.
