Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to analyze customer cases, manage post-sales service, and deliver customer support. Key Highlights: 1. POSITION: OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE The ideal candidate must be proactive, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and maintain a customer-focused mindset. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate organizational ability and time management skills to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. General Responsibilities: Analyze customer cases for life insurance claims. Take timely action on any situation that may impact customer service or defined processes. Evaluate and analyze post-sales service provided to life insurance brokers. Provide customer support via electronic channels. Work Modality: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Hybrid (3 days in office – 2 days remote). Regular payroll under the General Regime (with all statutory benefits). Candidate Requirements: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields (Technical or University level). Minimum 6 months of experience in automotive claims handling or the insurance industry. Experience in customer service. Strong ability to collaborate in teams and manage projects of varying complexity. Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure conditions and within a dynamic environment. Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office: creation of Pivot Tables in Excel and impactful presentations in PowerPoint. Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connectivity (Wi-Fi) for work purposes.
