




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with experience in labor legislation and calculation of social benefits for preparing and analyzing payroll registers. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in labor legislation and calculation of social benefits. 2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or payroll ERP systems. 3. Preparation and analysis of payroll registers, CTS, bonuses, and profit-sharing. PAYROLL ASSISTANT What are we looking for? Graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. Solid knowledge of labor legislation (General Regulation, Mining, and Civil Construction), calculation of social benefits, PLAME, T\-REGISTRO, AFP NET, and payroll systems. Training courses in Human Resources and/or labor legislation (preferred). Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) and/or payroll ERP systems (Starsoft, Placar, etc). What challenges will you face? · Preparation and analysis of payroll registers, CTS, bonuses, and profit-sharing. · Monitoring of the monthly calculation of Fifth Category Income Tax (IR). · Calculation and recovery of subsidies. · Filing and payment of AFP contributions and PDT PLAME. · Processing employee registrations and deregistrations in T\-REGISTRO (SUNAT). · Processing registrations and deregistrations for LIFE INSURANCE LAW (MINTRA). · Issuance of payroll journal entries and monthly accruals. · Daily review of electronic mailboxes from SUNAFIL and MINTRA. · Support in requirements from SUNAFIL, SUNAT, labor audits, among others. · Knowledge of the Civil Construction Regime.
