




Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Assistant to provide office technical, quality, and administrative support for electromechanical projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in preparation, review, and control of drawings and technical documents. 2. Support in implementation and monitoring of the project's Quality Plan. 3. Coordination of meetings and management of communication among departments. **Who We Are?** We are a construction and engineering company dedicated to designing and executing electromechanical projects that enhance productivity and ensure continuous operation for industrial, energy, mining, and ferrous metallurgical enterprises. **What We Are Looking For?** Project Assistant **Education Level** Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Requirements** * Knowledge of design, fabrication, or assembly of metal structures. * 1 year of experience in the position (in electromechanical projects, fabrication and assembly of metal structures). * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Ability to read drawings. * Ability to modify drawings. * Knowledge of Tekla Structures software. * Knowledge of quality documentation preparation, among others (RFI, transmittals). **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork capability. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and responsibility. * Ability to handle multiple tasks. * Orientation toward compliance with standards and procedures. **Key Functions** **Technical Office Support** * Assist in preparation, review, and control of drawings, quantity take-offs, technical specifications, and project documents. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and project records. * Assist in monitoring the schedule and progress control. * Coordinate issuance, receipt, and archiving of technical documents. * Assist in preparing technical reports and progress reports. **Quality Department Support** * Assist in implementation and monitoring of the project's Quality Plan. * Control and archive quality records (forms, checklists, protocols, non-conformities). * Support internal and external audits. * Track corrective and preventive actions. * Verify that documentation complies with established standards and procedures. **Administrative and Coordination Functions** * Coordinate technical and quality meetings. * Prepare minutes, reports, and presentations. * Manage communication among project departments. * Assist in document version control and traceability. **Note:** Employment Type: RXH * Contact via WhatsApp at: 960677536 Job Type: Full-time
