Position Summary: We are seeking a Sanitary Engineer/Supervisor to lead validation, supervision, and reporting activities in industrial construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and validation of sanitary engineering in industrial projects. 2. Comprehensive development of sanitary installations and fire protection systems. 3. We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: Position: **Sanitary Engineer / Supervisor of Sanitary Installations** Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) Type: Industrial (factory) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Responsible for validation, supervision, issuance, and delivery of reports and documents as required for the specialty of Sanitary Engineering related to the corresponding project. * Supervise subcontractor progress in the field of Sanitary Engineering. * Verify compliance with drawing specifications on-site. * Continuously monitor production and quality progress fronts within the specialty. * Develop the comprehensive project for sanitary installations and fire protection water systems, obtaining the corresponding approval from the relevant authority. * Coordinate the proposal for such sanitary installations and fire protection water systems with the architectural proposal and with other disciplines involved in the project’s development and planning. * Prepare progress reports and other reports to be submitted to the direct supervisor and/or Head of Technical Office, as requested. * Prepare cost items that will form part of the construction budget within the specialty, as well as perform quantity take-offs, in consultation and coordination with the cost, budgeting, and construction specialist. * Review and apply applicable construction standards for the sanitary specialty as required. Requirements: * Educational Level: Degree and professional registration in Engineering or related field. * Work Experience Areas: Projects, public and private construction works. * Industry/Sector: Construction, buildings, and industrial facilities. * Experience: 3 to 5 years. Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Matrix, and Anti-Bribery.
