We are currently seeking top-tier talent for the position of: Position: **Structural Supervision Engineer / Field Supervisor** Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) Area: 5000 m2 Type: Industrial (factory) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Ensure the technical integrity and safety of project structural elements by supervising field execution to strictly conform with engineering drawings, seismic-resistant codes, and company quality standards. * Control all structural construction processes (foundations, columns, beams, and slabs), ensuring compliance with the National Building Code. * Coordinate structural drawings with architectural and installation disciplines to identify interferences prior to concrete pouring. * Inspect and verify reinforcement steel placement (diameters, spacing, and lap lengths) per design details. * Validate quality certificates for ready-mix concrete and steel, and supervise sampling for strength testing. * Plan and coordinate structural activities in collaboration with production management. * Supervise and manage quality releases for structural elements prior to concrete pouring stages. * Verify use of PPE and collective protection systems during high-risk activities such as formwork and work at height. * Validate and approve progress quantity takeoffs. * Validate materials procured by the Administrator. * Prepare progress reports and field protocols, maintaining up-to-date structural entries in the site logbook. * Other duties inherent to the position. * Comply with procedures established in the Integrated Management System applicable to this role. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer * 3–4 years of experience in structural supervision, field supervision, or related roles * Industry/Sector: Industrial, Construction, or related fields * Area: Civil works, public and private infrastructure projects Knowledge: * Experience in project supervision or management * Knowledge of structural engineering * Solid understanding of the National Building Code * Knowledge of OSHMS, environmental matrix, and anti-bribery frameworks We Offer: * Formal employment under the general labor regime with all statutory benefits * Initial 3-month contract or duration of the project We promote labor inclusion and integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, place of origin, or generation All talents are welcome!
