If you have at least one month of experience in physically demanding roles, along with a positive attitude, proactivity, and good physical endurance, **this is your opportunity!** **Job Mission:** Perform production tasks on-site, including loading and transporting cement bags, materials, etc., ensuring the process is carried out safely, orderly, and efficiently to meet deadlines and product quality standards, considering the physical demands inherent to the role. **Employment Conditions:** \* Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:45 PM. **Days off: Saturday and Sunday.** \* Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits (subject to evaluation after the first month). \* **Fixed Salary: S/ 380 Soles \+ Performance-Based Variable Bonus; on average, our employees earn approximately S/ 550 to S/ 600 Soles.** \* Commuting assistance (shift departure toward the Pan-American Highway).
