Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Facilities Coordinator: * Coordinate, supervise, and record activities in stores and offices nationwide according to the Annual Maintenance Plan for assets under your responsibility, ensuring proper functioning of assigned infrastructure and equipment based on geographical criteria. * Identify corrective maintenance needs and provide support, if required, for coordinating and supervising services to avoid reactive repairs triggered by internal customer requests, thereby maximizing resource utilization. * Control tools, consumables, and spare parts to ensure their availability when needed, preventing inefficiencies, failures, and incidents that may cause overspending. * Coordinate and supervise corrective actions for observations raised by municipalities to facilitate renewal of certifications and operating licenses. * Prepare and manage the maintenance budget for assigned locations, optimizing resource usage and generating savings for the Organization. * Ensure compliance with SLAs for service delivery as stipulated in the current Facility Management service contract; otherwise, apply corresponding contractual penalties. * Develop proposals to improve procedures within the Area, aiming to increase efficiency and deliver satisfactory service to infrastructure users (customers, employees, and visitors). * Provide necessary resources for implementing the crime prevention model and supply required information for identifying MPD risks within the respective area. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Service Management and Infrastructure Maintenance. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office and MS Project. * Basic-level proficiency in AutoCAD. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
