TEXTILE QUALITY ANALYST

Job Summary: Textile Quality and Production Process Analyst responsible for inspecting fabrics, controlling defects, verifying color uniformity, and conducting shrinkage testing to ensure quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Textile quality inspection and control at all stages of production. 2. Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. 3. Coordinate with production to correct defects. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in the position of Textile Quality and Production Process Analyst. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Residence in Ate or neighboring districts. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Inspect fabrics during processing and finished products according to technical specifications. \- Verify usable width, grammage, density, weave structure, and fabric appearance. \- Control weaving defects (streaking, dropped stitches, stripes, stains, holes, shade variation). \- Review color uniformity and finish. \- Measure shrinkage, twist, and dimensional stability where applicable. \- Compare fabric against approved samples and customer standards. \- Record and report detected non-conformities. \- Classify fabrics according to acceptance or rejection criteria. \- Coordinate with production and maintenance to correct defects. \- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of fabrics. \- Verify compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. \- Verify longitudinal and transverse fabric shrinkage according to technical specifications. \- Conduct washing and drying tests per established procedures. \- Measure dimensions before and after washing (length, width). \- Compare results against permitted tolerances. \- Record shrinkage results by batch and item. \- Identify causes of out-of-standard shrinkage. \- Report deviations to production and finishing departments (compacting, mercerizing, sanforizing). \- Approve or reject batches based on shrinkage test results. \- Ensure correct identification and traceability of samples. \- Verify dimensional stability in knitted and woven fabrics. \- Comply with laboratory quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
