Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to register, validate, and verify billing reports, rates, and purchase orders, ensuring accurate document issuance and customer control. Register and validate the billing report using quotations and delivery reports in the Drivers system. 2\. Verify that executed transportation services match agreed-upon rates, purchase orders, and delivery documents. 3\. Prepare and send pre-billing reports to customers according to commercial agreements. 4\. Control and update the customer database with their terms and conditions per commercial agreements. 5\. Issue and monitor invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and waybills to ensure correct issuance. 6\. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on issued, pending, and cancelled invoices for management review. **Education** Completed Technical, University, or Bachelor's degree in: Accounting. Business Administration. Economics. International Business. Logistics Administration / Logistics Management. Business Administration. Certifications in transportation and logistics sector. Diplomas in payment vouchers. **Experience** 3 years in billing, price settlement, and weight verification roles within transportation, logistics, or distribution companies. **Technical Knowledge** ERP system proficiency. Familiarity with local tax regulations (payment vouchers, deductions, withholdings, and GRE). Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, logical functions, and database cross-referencing). Other tasks assigned by management. Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
